For recurring meetings, the chat conciliabule continues from one convegno to the next

Attendees who are forwarded an occurrence of the series or those who get nudged into an occurrence of that series will lose post-assemblea chat access.

All external congresso attendees (volte.addirittura., congresso participants who are from another non-federated tenant or anonymous users who are not managed by an organization) will not have chat access mediante both of the above cases.

If someone has been manually removed from the congresso chat or chooses to leave it, they won’t have access onesto the chat going forward. (For more info, see Leave or remove someone from a group chat.)

Tip: If you’ve invited an external participant esatto be verso guest lettore and you want esatto further limit their access to the assemblea chat, you can schedule their presentation as the meeting’s last session. The convegno organizer or moderator can then videoclip the participant list during the convegno, and if the commentatore joins outside their allocated time, they can manually remove them.

Chat mediante channel meetings

If you’re the organizer of per meeting, you can modify chat settings. Limit chats puro take place only during the incontro, not before or after, or turn chat off altogether.

Up sicuro 1,000 people who receive an invitation preciso per convegno can access the assemblea chat before, during, and after the riunione. The 1,000-person limit includes people who don’t join the convegno.

If you’re adding per distribution list (DL) with more than 150 members onesto a incontro invite, they’ll only be able preciso access the assemblea chat during the assemblea. If you want everyone to be able puro access the chat before and after the convegno, expand the DL before you send the invite.

Note: If more than 20 people attend the incontro, participants will not see the automated message informing them they’ve joined the chat.

If some people con the DL are required attendees and the rest are optional, put those required on the Required attendees line of the invite and add the entire DL to the Optional line.

Anonymous and external participants have chat access only while attending the congresso (except in channel meetings, where they will have in nessun caso access to chat).
